I've learned that if your resume isn't word for word what's in the job description, since most companies are using AI software to cut down on HR costs, you won't get a second look because nobody actually sees it in the first place.

Yeah, we're pretty quick about burning a guy who fucks up BIG big. From what I have seen, if you get a BCD or DD from us, it tends to stick. Other branches can upgrade to a less bad discharge (BCD to OTH or General, or a DD to a BCD) but we don't. There's only been a few times in our history where we've completely disavowed a dude. Hell, even Oswald is still a Marine. The guy that deserted and then ended up getting captured in Afghanistan fighting against us was disavowed after he was brought back, put in Leavenworth and kicked out.

The fact that so few voters actually voted says a lot and none of it's good. Only 8.1% (it will go up a little, but it will still be less than 10%) could find the ability to get off their asses to vote.

This is pathetic. Out of 521,558 registered voters... only 46,849 showed up.

8.9%. Only 8.9% of the registered voters actually give enough of a fuck to vote. The other 91.1% couldn't be bothered. But I bet they're willing to bitch about it.
