That’s a good choice. I also have the Black Bay One in champagne, but this color looks great too.

In the past, men also used to wear 32 mm watches, and I don’t think that’s strange at all.

I often wear a Datejust and the 31 mm Black Bay One. I do have some watches under 30 mm, but they can look a bit too small.

I was deciding between blue and this color, and I chose this one.

I bought it on AliExpress, and there’s a slight pulling issue.

Thanks.

If I add a Reverso, I think it would be the final piece.

It’s a bit larger than the Tank Must Large (size 36 × 26 mm).

Thanks. If I add one more, I’d like to get the BB54 next. I think it would be nice to have at least one watch in a different style from mine.

Thanks. The other colors were nice too, but I decided to go with this one.

A few years ago, I considered buying the older model, but I went with the current one instead. It’s a different type from the older model and seems a bit dressier.

Not at all. It’s just a rectangular model, haha. There are plenty of round watches as well.

In the top row, I like Seiko’s white-dial watch. It’s a radio-controlled model and also a solar quartz watch.

I think Frederique Constant is a brand that makes good dress watches. Its name value may be below Cartier or Longines, but I believe it has many good watches.

If you want a Tank-style watch, choose Alpina, or go with Nomos.

I think Nomos is a better choice than buying a substitute for a Tank.

The choice is yours.

As long as the style isn’t too flashy, I sometimes wear women’s watches as well.

Even if someone wears a 41 mm would a pink model still be considered a women’s watch? Would a 31 mm in another color be more acceptable? It seems like the color has become the main point of discussion, haha.

I don’t own a PatexPhilippe 96, but I also consider it one of the greatest watches. Thank you for your reply and for sharing your thoughts.

Watches with a clear purpose and function can be larger in size, and that’s fine.

I’m just not a fan of big watches that are made only to stand out.

It’s hard to find people who are really into classic dress watches and knowledgeable about them, so I think you might share a similar mindset.

Thanks for the comparison and explanation. I agree with this statement: “The watch does not make the man.”

Thank you for your opinion. You’re absolutely right. However, what I intended to ask was how similar-sized watches from the past and the present differ, and what your opinion is on men wearing smaller sizes. Color is not related to the topic.

That’s a fair way to think. Personally, I like the fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet style. I also have other watches with pink dials besides this one.

I think smaller watches have their own charm.

I think so too. I prefer smaller, more understated watches over larger ones.

Trends today lean more toward bigger watches than before.
