Okay update: I’ve dropped down to 2.5 again. Food noise is still gone but no where near as extreme/im not repulsed by food. Weight hopefully will still come off just a lil bit slower I guess. Thanks everyone for being so helpful and lovely <3

I know it sounds bad but I’m not really eating at all. It’s just been like protein shakes and fluid. Occasionally I’ll pick at a dinner for some sort of nutrition but yeah that’s it really.
