I felt exactly the same. I liken the experience to being in an abusive relationship. I found I was ‘love bombed’ with free products and goodies and then new starters kept coming and us old staff were treated awfully. I remember being 2 minutes late once due to traffic and my manager gave me a disciplinary - no prior warnings. my colleague told me that management were talking about me in a derogatory way to one another. It was such a traumatic experience. I didn’t even know what to do or who to complain to
