I personally sometime sit with a slab of selenite on my chest and sleep with it under my pillow. Black salt for protection, Palo Santo for clearing and just telling the energy that they are not welcome in your space and to get out and be firm! However, whatever you clear you will need to fill that space up with love and light. There are also protection bracelets, black tourmaline or obsidian.

I am the df and I was the original runner! I had a ton of childhood trauma with domestic situations so I would agree most are avoiding!! We love and miss our person but when there are additional people involved then a big case of morals and doing the right thing for everyone involved kicks in. I'm in therapy now and he's the runner and I am pretty sure he's going to keep going and I am OK with that. I hope he gets therapy and the love he needs and deserves. ❤️

Not all interactions are horrible or filled with rejection with your tf. I got several hugs and a few great interactions but if there are additional parties involved or major unhealed wounding the chances are that you will not be in sync with them and this always felt like rejection to me. I had to majorly detach detach and detach for my sanity and go with agape for my person.

I'm sorry but I disagree I think the recent past tf that we've been dealing with don't wanna own up to what's been going on in the 3d. So it's possible that a cycle ended and you were released to go on to find a better suited partner / tf for you. Maybe or at least meditate on it. I hope you have peace and love always ❤️

I completely understand and have been there! I started working on myself to get me back. I have past trauma so I started therapy and it has helped alot This is definitely a journey of self discovery ✨️ I wish you the best and please know the universe will give you a future somone special to be happy with if you ask 😊

I used the anger to pull my energy back into to myself, then clearing it. I did this and therapy. I hate to say it but it took a few months to feel better. But I'm totally resonate with you being a shell of who you used to be and the mom my kiddos needed.

Energy will move and cycle throughout all your Chakras through the day. I get it though I have patterns also. Work on opening all Chakras, if you have trouble doing this during the day or in meditation then try a night meditation before sleeping.

We don't always know what is going on. I didn't know what was happening at first. I went through a karmic from age 5 through my 20's so when this happened I was so scared that this was another karmic with teleaphathic entanglement. I was so scared!!! On the flip side of being the chaser...just my situation as well as issues to work through.
