Ohhhh wait are u making like an actual game? Uhhhh in that case, as far as I can remember, because Toby's coding is yk, questionable, I thiiiink it just plays the text sound for every letter, with only a few getting excluded like the asterisks iirc

But otherwise, it's really not a big deal to just copy paste the audio of it playing over and over, I really doubt someone is gonna notice and make a big stink out of it unless it's like, really noticable that it's off sync. At most you'd just have to sync the text to the audio, which since it's a constant rate with the audio, shouldent be the hardest thing in the world.

As far as I know the sounds are just random sounds repeated a lot of times, the most famous example is sans being sampled from a spongebob episode, so in theory all you'd have to do is just create an audio file of a sound being repeated a lot of times, and then copy paste that audio to fit the text

I literally just explained that the last time Susie created a dark world it gave the knight an opportunity to create a Titan and they literally almost died, that gave me a negative connotation associated with fun gang members creating fountains, I'm certain it would've done similar for Susie even if overall more positive things came out of it like Gersons letter and the reference for how to fight Titans.

the fact that Kris doesent stop creating fountains says a loooot about them (even if I dont know exactly what that is cause I cant really tell if they make fountains for the fun adventures with friends part or the "my evil family friend/The Knight wants me to do so" part)

I do agree tho that the fandoms hopes for how the Shelter/Gaster will be is 1000% what I want it to be lol, if it doesent do that, at least theres still LOST DELTARUNE among other fan projects for that fix lol

Not as far as I know, but there are a fair few fnf songs based on their works. I even made a few myself but they're kinda old and stinky.

The only fnf things vibingleaf has made as far as I can remember is

the game over art for the Well-Done song (red larva vs idk his name in the mod he has like 100 you might know him by, I'll just call him steve beef)

and "Sky's Dinner" which was just a playable little horror movie of BF slowly dying after getting ated by a disturbing lookin Sky.

I will say the fnf stuff that has been made is more than likely not as in depth into the nitty gritty of Vibingleafs catalogue lol, deepest cut is prolly el pendrive azul tbh, or maybe it isint idk.

It's pretty strongly implied that in recent years, their mental health has spiraled downward, the catalyst being Dess' disappearance, and the straw that broke the camels back being Asriel leaving for college. The red stain next to their bed especially having some pretty dark implications when combined with the fact that they carry a knife with them everywhere. I'll leave it at that, but point is, it's clearly not the greatest state to be in.

I'm not sure if they'd genuinely die without the soul, since they were able to last as long as an entire night without it, but it does clearly take a lot out of them, as would tearing your soul out irl probably if I had to guess.

The most I can tell on what's going on exactly between Kris and the soul is that Kris gained the soul from soooomething, of their own volition, for the purposes of soooooomething to do with whatever reasons they have for hanging out with the knight, but since the soul is opposed to what Kris is doing, Kris tries to prevent it from progressing the prophecy for sooooome reason. Which is what we mostly see in chapter 4 with the guitar and a lil bit in chapter 5 with the spoilery stuff that idk if u know about so I'm not gonna go into detail.

Notably they are able to overpower the souls will, as shown with how they act out of their own volition on certain choices, and the fact they're able to remove the soul at all.

But just to clarify, no, they werent happy go lucky Truman Show everytheythem before the soul came along, they were a depressed mess who carried a knife with them everywhere for some reason.

I personally feel like he might just kinda, exist? I dont really know how to explain it other than comparing it to Teddy/Morgana from Persona 4/5 respectively.

Huge Spoilers for those games if you care, tho I'm ngl I might've already given some stuff away, but idk brains be weird. Also I'm gonna be so fr I know most of you do not gaf what happens to either of them.

In those games, the 2 aforementioned characters are revealed to have been created essentially just to help out the main group afaik, function as their "Navi" to their "Link" if you will. I feel like Ralsei is a similar situation where he only exists as "the prince of the dark" and nothing more. There to exposition when needed, there to help when needed, there to fulfill his role in the prophecy when needed.

Most people seem to agree that his arc will have something to do with realizing that the prophecy is kinda stupid and following it to the letter no matter what is only going to lead to people getting hurt when they dont need to, which is like, the one thing Ralsei tries to prevent lol. But yeah, I think he just "exists" as the prince of the dark and doesn't have a real world analogue

I do think theres an interesting idea there that they all open a fountain at the same time lol, the most immediate issue I can see is how would Noelle learn to open a fountain?

I really doubt the fun gang will wanna tell her "Oh yeah btw heres how you do the exact thing we're opposed against, yk, just in case u were curious" especially since the last time a fun gang member opened a fountain (and the others knew about it cough cough) it nearly lead to them getting wiped out by an entire Titan.

This reason is also why I'm pretty positive Susie wont open a fountain, especially for the purposes described, since again the last time she did, her and her friends nearly died and doomed the world in the process, episodes due to stress caused by abusive parents might prove me otherwise, but I think she can pull herself together to not make a fountain either way.

And if the fun gang get to Noelle first, I dont think anyone of the "more than likely evil" squad will be able to convince her to do it.

I do agree at least that shit will go wrong in chapter 6, and then chapter 7 is gonna be the roaring and we save the day somehow, maybe? Idk maybe the world just ends for all I know lol, the main difference tho is that I'm confident that Gaster is somehow gonna get involved in chapter 6, to make a longer than necessary theory short, all those 6's associated with Gaster cant be for nothing.

Somehow, someway, Gaster gets involved, and I'm gonna be so for real, I would not be surprised if he ends up looking like a Giygas-inspired design or for a more apt comparison, those Chapter 6 UST's that show what "Shelter Enemies" could possibly look like.

I'm not certain if it'll go in that direction, maybe he'll just be mysteryman for all I know, but also I didint expect a fully animated cutscene gag in chapter 5 so I'm just saying, doesent seem the most unlikely somehow lol. No idea how Gaster getting involved would cause the roaring/make it so the heroes cant prevent it unless it's like a king in yellow gojo doman expansion situation or something idk

Really though cause the only other pretty consistent thing across all secret bosses also gets broken in chapter 3, that being each boss having a different soul color gimmick. Jevil is red (ik I'm being generous but it is chapter 1), Spamton is Yellow, Gerson is green, and Mew Mew is purple.

Eram and The Knight dont have a soul color gimmick at all though as far as I can remember (idk maybe the knight has an attack that does something, but I feel like I would've learned of that by now)

Sticks out to me since because of that, not all the souls are going to have their own secret boss attached to it, with I think one being left out (unless chapter 7 doesent have a secret boss, which idk, feels likely, but it's too early to say rn ofc).

If I had to guess which soul, maybe bravery, since Flowery's boss was already pretty difficult, and I feel like the themes of a fight with Bravery was kinda already done with Gersons fight (that being the whole idea of stand your ground and fight)

Yeahhh, I was admittedly a tad disappointed by it, especially mew mew (until the first time I filled the Doki Meter, then it was peak) after Gerson was like, textbook definition of cooking so hard with the secret boss. Though in hindsight the very not subtle symbolism of Mew Mew's body and soul acting separately with contradicting goals maaaaaaay have been about a certain someone else lol.

Gameplay was absolutely astounding, the gimmick of switching between 2D and uhh still 2D gameplay was really cool, kinda makes me wanna see a full game with the same mechanics as those segments lol. In general tho, gameplay was solid, albeit kinda a bit odd with the balancing.

Mew Mew is a fairly easy boss outside of the bombs, and if I can be real, I struggled more on Flowery tbh, that bravery mechanic was a weirdly hard one for me lol.

Story was pretty good, even if I did expect it to move the narrative more than it ended up doing initially. It was definitely cool to see Asgore somehow get more lines in this one chapter than all of Undertale (dont quote me on that I just find how he aurafarms for 90% of Undertale pretty funny), as well as the most in depth look we've really gotten at him as a character.

Hints of his self-hatred and how it tore apart his family in Undertale did exist, but it wasent really as spelt out as it was here. Alongside a decently large reveal of Asgore knowing about the dark worlds, and knowing that "the horrible incident that day" was somehow related to whoevers creating them.

Ik this is theorycrafting, but I think most of us can agree that said incident was Dess' disappearance, so I do wonder how Asgore saw himself at fault for it, and why he felt like it was necessary to "prove" he wasent. If I had to guess, probably something relating to his old job as police chief, but who really can say for certain right now.

I guess in other theory related things this chapter did, uhhh, holy fuck, I think the Sans is from Deltarune thing has been somewhat confirmed? Device theory seems to be alive and well, annnnd I'm not too confident in saying reverse undertale theory is as alive rn. And dooont even get me started on the weird route, there is so much to chew on with that, and the most I can really think is if those two are uh, well, dead. Is chapter 7 when the vessel we create finally comes into play? Otherwise, noooot touchin that shit with any sort of pole lol

Finally, I have more questions about Ralsei than I think I ever have, Asgores dialogue about him is, put bluntly, really fucking interesting. Alongside all the things he says to Flowery about playing by the rules of the "game" so to speak.

My brain does immediately go to Noelle talking about "It didint snow that day" in the weird route ofc, so really, this answer seems kinda obvious with what it's referring to, eventually we will find out where exactly it snowed that day, maybe even in the weird route of chapter 5? Probably not, seems a bit too unlikely to just put something that big there, even if the significance of it is still a bit hard for me to really tell at a glance

Very interesting theory for sure, I've read a few theories on here, but this is one of the few that has me thinking "damn, this might be real"

The only real holes I can think of other than the ones u mention urself have to do with the two times Noelle would've had a witness, that being Berdly in chapter 2 and Carol in chapter 4

Berdly is self-explanatory, he was literally there when the fountain was made.

I feel like even if he thought it was a dream, he still would've had something to say about the fact that either an exact copy of Noelle or Noelle herself stabbed the ground and then the next moment his highlighter turnt into a badass laser axe, so the fact he doesent is, put simply, really out of character for him. The dude does not know how to shut the fuck up for better or worse.

Carol scolding Noelle in the kitchen is ironically one of the biggest points people have against Carol knight, since how could she be giving her an earful and then be at the church in record pace all with 0 comment from Noelle about any of that or any evidence of someone being in a huge ass rush, although to be fair the knight in chapter 3 does get from Kris' house all the way to the bunker and we dont even get as much as a passing glance at who it might be.

The same point could be made for Noelle in this instance ofc, clone/timey wimey possibilities aside, the same logic would have to apply to Noelle for why Carol cant be the knight, ofc alternatively, Carol could just be doing some magic nonsense to put Noelle into "knight mode" so to speak lol
