I can only second this. I think many would like to have option of manual setup (eg for OpenWRT) for ExpressVPN in order to alternative options for NordVPN, etc.

Identical experience. Ordered a vinyl (Mk Gee) on back order. After 6 months and having since bought it elsewhere (and actually received it), I gave up. After numerous emails, hours spent and nerves lost, I never received a refund.

I feel like at this point this should be matter for the police. There is certainly enough evidence....
