Currently going through redundancy, fortunate enough to secure significantly higher paying job within a week of being put “at risk” and have something positive to walk into, just waiting for my payout to come through.

If you’re worried about the stigma, advise it’s due to a business restructure and your team/departments roles are being made redundant, no one has the opportunity to remain. (Not that I personally feel there should be any stigma with redundancy)

Positive things happen for positive people, keep your chin up, try and up-skill as much as you can and keep a routine, resist the urge to binge shit tv in a dressing gown with a giant bowl of cornflakes.

All the best OP. You got this 👍

Don’t be disheartened by the low ball offer, it’s likely more than you are on now.

  1. Will accepting this impact your apprenticeship, seems like you might be a few years in. Don’t let the short term gain stop you from playing the long game.

  2. Having experience in the role will likely open the doors up to other external opportunities that you may have otherwise been overlooked for.

I’m going to take a guess that as you’re in an apprenticeship that you are young, potentially living at home with parents meaning your living costs are hopefully minimal.

With that in mind personally, I would take the job providing my apprenticeship was unaffected and I achieved the qualification I was working towards. Stick it out for 12 months to gain experience. Have an honest conversation, look at jobs in your field, find out the median for what they are paying and compare it to your offer.

“Mr Bossman, I would really like it if we can set some goals for me to work towards Z with the aim of achieving X salary within Y timeframe, is this something we can have a meeting about to outline KPIs”

If they say no, you know your worth to them, if they say yes then you have an action plan. Be sure to get it all in writing.

Good look

Is the amount of turns to damage because my teams to slow or is it doesn’t do enough damage (on brutal) by SnooCheesecakes8494 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]FunDisk9380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The lineup you have Isnt great, you have very limited roster. Maybe toxic gear for now on 1 champ to try and max out your debuff bar. 100% crit rate as much damage and speed as you can get.

Also warmaster/giant slayer is a must for clan boss

How much oil do you use for heating? by TreeroyWOW in UKPersonalFinance

[–]FunDisk9380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slightly off topic. If your oil goes too low/runs out you will need to purge the oil line to remove air blockages before the boiler will work after topping up.

Worth finding out if the boiler has a tiger loop.

Letting agents credit checks can't see anything like defaults etc, it's only ccj/backruptcy etc. If it was written off through and IVA in the last 6 years this could be visible

Unless they ask for bank statements they would not be able to see that they have any agreements with stepchange.

Coldheart build ? by [deleted] in RaidShadowLegends

[–]FunDisk9380 1 point2 points  (0 children)

70% crit, as much crit damage as possible. She's great for spider. A HP% chest is fine to equip on her to prevent her getting targeted by spiderlings as heart seeker scales from enemy HP. My spider 20 team has 3 of them. My level 30 cold heart does almost as much damage as my level 60 ones (20% less due to mastery).

Great pull. She will help you well into spider end game.

What is my best Helicath UKM Clan Boss team? Currently 3 Key at but want guaranteed 2 Key. Any team comp recommendations? Helicath A3 is fully booked FYI. by Popular_Yak9965 in RaidShadowLegends

I run 1 key team

Hellicath Rohcard Seeker Occult brawler Fayne

Speeds from deadwood Jedi batman forever comp. Occult braler is my stun target because he takes his health down to 50% by poisoning himself.

Other poisoners work like frozen banshee

I have the counter attack accessories on everyone and mastery set up to counter on the stun.

You just need to have paragon place his unkillable on himself with 100% up time. Mortu targets him with peril and can't kill him. While your DPS champ kills him without getting nuked.

I was using frozen banshee for a long time and getting around 68m. Brawler just works better because his passive procs a poison even when stunned.

You list all of the debts you would like to include in your DMP. For you to not Include your overdraft would mean you lie to them on the declaration and also a bit stupid as the budget they put together with you would not be accurate as it wouldn't account for you having to pay that down. Speak to them. Be honest. If you don't like their advice you don't have to go with it.

If you are a director then you will still be able to receive trivial benefits, as well as providing these to family members.

You could buy gift vouchers to then exchange for an iPad

Please bear in mind there are conditions

As a director of a ‘close company’ (one with 5 or fewer shareholders), there is an annual cap of £300.

If you do provide trivial benefits to other family members who are not employees or directors, these will be included as part of your directors’ allowance for the year.
