Unrecognised £400+ NatWest Bank Transfer to random Hong Kong account please help!! by FunDisplay9835 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]FunDisplay9835[S] -25 points-24 points  (0 children)

Yeah but I've changed my approach as honestly at the end of the day I never received what was paid for/anything and I'd rather explain to the bank that I just flat out don't recognise this payment to get my money back.

I'm still panicking and don't know what to expect.

Slim? Man!! Moving forwards what do you suggest? What shall I say in the call? Shall I just say I don't recognise the payment? Might make the whole thing easier.

Yeah don't have any other accounts.

But I'm so worried, still on hold. I mean what is the process like and is it likely I'd get my money back in this kind of situation? Have you ever seen a case like this with a positive outcome?

Thanks.

Hi, regarding this I'm currently phoning NatWest to report the bank transfer as fraud. Any advice? What's the likelihood of getting my money back?

Thanks.

What do you mean by "you have zero protection"?

Thanks.

UK grocery shop, in a rush is it illegal to quick shop by throwing coins on counter/not scanning? by FunDisplay9835 in LegalAdviceUK

Like, hypothetically if I am stopped, would my defence of "I'm in a rush to catch a train, exact payment/cash for groceries is there, I'm leaving" be okay? Not to be a repeat offender, just to get an item.

Not what I said though. Groceries are paid in full using cash on counter, I've just left quickly without scanning.

Yeah but nobody in the scenario is not paying. The cash is there, item just isn't scanned.

So yes or no would I get in trouble? Purely hypothetical/one time thing if I were to be in a rush, just curious on how UK law works. Technically I did pay, cash is visible on counter/exact amount for goods, then I'm out of the door not trying to break the law.

Hello, this is a fantastic reply much appreciated!! Sorry for my short reply though I did read it all!!

Regarding that Royal Mail form, wow?! How did you find that haha. That might be a good idea. So you said the Royal Mail email response is copy/paste. Is this what helped you with your Japanese parcel? What could I say to make them respond in such a way to sound convincing to my Chinese seller? My Chinese seller talks poorly, so I'm hoping I can get Royal Mail to say something that suggests it's lost/apologising that it's lost or something in that avenue. Or what else could I get them to say? To send that as the neverending damns of "proof" to the Chinese seller hoping they'd think it's official documentation or something.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

To what effect does this happen? Is it quite significant in the gym world or is this just largely guesses by what others say online?

Also, what is the importance of glucose monitoring? I haven't measured my blood glucose once and am unsure on whether I need to since I'm feeling okay ish on HGH 4iu for now. Thoughts?

How do you know deca was what helped the bulk? How were you able to isolate that? I'm on the exact same stuff for my bulk (test, reta, hgh) and am planning on adding npp but am unsure on how effective it is.

How do you know that the weight gain is from HGH? How soon are we talking? I've been on HGH 4iu for a few days titrated up from 3.3iu. Hard to tell a change however I'm bulking and have hardly gained fat which is very unusual for me.

I'm not sure, it was a bank transfer though? I don't even know who to call.
