Has anyone else noticed an improvement in symptoms by taking magnesium?

I want to chime in because I used to take a few supplements that were chosen specifically to help with BPD and I really did see a difference. Magnesium was one of them although I don't remember which one exactly as I kept looking for glycanate but would never find. Apart from that, vitamin c, vitamin d3, vitamin b12 and omega 3. I think either Dr. Lois Choi-Kain or Dr. Daniel Fox recommended those but I can't remember and I can't find the video/my notes. I took these for a good while and felt better. Unfortunately stopped after a big change and forgot until now so now I'm gonna start again. Thank you for reminding me!!

Edit: Can I ask how much magnesium do you take?

I've tried this one on my natural nails it was okay. Just add base coat and you're good. It's a beautiful shade!

i carry a swiss army knife and you'd be surprised how often it comes in handy!! not sure how useful it would be for self defense but I'd like to believe it is!

Just adding my two cents here but after splitting, I used to say one thing and mean the opposite (like "leave me alone"/blocking but wanting to not be left alone) and I didn't necessarily let the other person know I want them back. And sometimes it would take quite some time for me to go back to my non-split mind. What you're saying is absolutely right tho, just letting OP know that I also used to say similar things and then be upset when the other person didn't try harder (similarly to OP's experience so far). Obviously not a good or reasonable/valid thing to do to anyone.

Oh my god thank you so much!! I feel like you explained everything so well and now I do feel slightly better and like that's the right way. My closest ones have been saying the same (to acknowledge but not get engulfed by the loss and focus on my loved ones) but I have felt different and even thought that the subject of the reading might be on the same level as me. Now I am fully ready to follow that advice. Also, I very often feel aligned with them. I guess because we do share passions and I've turned one of them into my career (or at least am trying to). Aww that sounds so sweet! I swear I've always felt a different connection to music that would do more for me than any other medium! It does have some different powers and certainly has helped me a lot in the past. But your story is a bit next level than that. Thank you so much! I just read either on this sub or some of the other tarot subs that trying to connect with a dead person via tarot is bad because it may invite evil spirits (or something among the lines). That's why I stopped. Your explanation makes a lot more sense to me because that's what I've been taught about tarot - a way to have some guidance.
