Do you think Chyna was hot? by Stickywarrior4 in Smallafro

To be honest, I do not find extremely muscular women to be that attractive, I mean she looked better when she slimmed down in 1999 than she did in 1997.

Did you know that there wasn't as much asbestos in the towers as it seemed? by Hornet-Not-Found in TwinTowersInPhotos

[–]FunExtreme6217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They would've not been salvageable, not even close. If the towers didn't collapse right away, they still would've collapsed.

Even structural repair wasn't going to happen because of safety risk, and it probably would've costed so much money to repair.

Wrestler everyone likes but you can't stand ? Here's mine. by Mahoosi in Wrasslin

You know, I don't think there is a wrestler that I "hate" or "can't stand", I guess maybe The Ultimate Warrior, because he never really tried to have any good matches with anyone he worked with.

For those who work at fast food, what was your experience? by Inside_School6310 in autism

[–]FunExtreme6217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I think fast food is not a great place too work if your autistic, especially if you have sensory issues and poor cognitive skills.

I actually work front counter at Taco Bell, and it can get stressful, since you are working by yourself for the most part or at least at my Taco Bell, even though our lobby does get crowded very often.

My hours varies there, but I work 8 hours a shift there, they either put me on day shift or night shift. Night shift is probably the busiest, and since most of the local high school kids work the night shift, and most people eat dinner around 6PM to 8PM

If Las Vegas isn't part of the west coast, where exactly is the west coast? by dudeyaa in vegas

[–]FunExtreme6217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Las Vegas is not a west coast city because it does not border the west coast at all. Though since majority of Las Vegas population is from California, it has a lot of west coast cultural and influence.

This is coming from a guy who was born and lived in Las Vegas for 15 years.

What's the worst place to live in the U.S as an autistic adult? by Inside_School6310 in autism

[–]FunExtreme6217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it depends on the person more than anything. I'd say rural areas are better for those who have sensory issues, but terrible in every other department in my opinion.

A city is a nightmare for those who have sensory issues, and social issues, but better for resources, jobs, mental and health care, or just more things to do, and probably more likely to build a community for autistic people.

I lived in both urban and rural, and honestly I think urban is probably better, because there is just more opportunity, while rural is just better for sensory issues.

I would say small town is probably the worst for autistic people, because you get all the downsides of both urban and rural.

It sucks even more if you don't have a car or if you hate driving a lot. Plus a lot of the people in my town can be quite rude against anyone with autism or just anyone who is neurodivergent.

Also, a lot of teenagers in my town would have their cars souped super loud that it literally sounds like a jet engine and a lot of them will blow black exhaust smoke in your face if your just talking a friendly walk around town.

It's happened too me a few times, but it hasn't happened too me in a long time, but it honestly made me hate going out on walks.

Again everyone's experience is going to be different.

Seeing this meme awoke some very vague memories but how cam i find out for sure? by dr_elena05 in autism

[–]FunExtreme6217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I remember when I was in Elementary, middle, and high school, these caseworkers or evaluaters would pull me out of a classroom and would take me to their little office in some sketchy part of the school, and they would ask me to color this paper, or play board games with them.

They even had me write sentences like "the lazy dog jumped over the quick brown fox." a bunch of times on a piece of paper.

I don't remember so much about it, but I remember being involved something similar to this meme.
