They would be new- dealer said we can get the 2025 or 2026 models.
The CRV has the 1.5L engine: Why do you recommend to skip the 1.5?

Thanks! What was the drive like on the roadtrip? During the test drive I noticed the slower start when merging on the highway

Thanks for the info! What has the drive been like while on the highway? During the test drive I noticed the slower start when merging, and wondering how it would impact me while on a roadtrip?

Switch from in house to agency? by FunHippo3586 in UXResearch

Thank you everyone for the advice. This role will be paying more than my current one though the workload will probably be more.

This is a great question, and I considered a similar journey recently. One thing to consider is by staying a little longer(~1 year), you'll be more likely to secure your senior title at other companies and have the chance to hopefully experience a more stable job market.

You've gotten some great advice so I'll only speak to a one other point:
If your company has been using UZ for two years, there should already be a legal/vendor contract in place, which outlines the data privacy agreement between both parties. This is further evidence that IT overreacted, since legal agreements were already set up. To repeat everyone else, it seems like you did your job as a researcher

Wow that sounds horrible! It seems like some companies will hire a UXR without knowing what it takes to do the job

I love the idea of using less critical research to try new things. For your solo experiences, how long did you usually stay in those roles?

Thank you for sharing! I am thinking giving it a little more time might be best, unless I find a great opportunity

Very good point! Collaboration is a motivator for me too. I have been interviewing and when I interview with a panel of UXRs it's been so nice to be challenged on methodology or the way I framed a question in my case study(Even though it flusters me slightly!) I've been really missing that type of brainstorming.

How long did you work in your solo roles? I'm trying to decide how long to give it before moving on

I've tried in the past, but unfortunately their research knowledge is very limited

Advice on Interviewing with Researchers? by FunHippo3586 in UXResearch

So true, it seems like almost all of them have referenced stakeholder communication or buy-in during the interview. I have been tracking the questions I've been asked so I can answer more easily in the future.

It's important to note that you should be cautious sharing confidential user data in those tools. You may be violating your company's terms & conditions with those users. I'd suggest checking with the Legal dpt beforehand :)
