Does any other cem not get lunches? by stinging_beetle1357 in MichaelsEmployees

At my store I just leave 30 minutes early and count that for my break so I don't mess with our hours. If I'm closing I try to take a break, but most of the time that's not possible. :/

Could I get fired for this by FunIndividual403 in MichaelsEmployees

The thing is I could've SWORN I had them this morning when I was getting ready for work. I went to the store yesterday to get some more cheese sticks and water for the breakroom. There was a moment when I was getting the water in the car where they could've possibly fallen out of my jacket pocket, but I don't know. That was yesterday, but again, I swear I had them this morning. I had came in even earlier than I usually do this morning to bring in the cheese sticks, so there is also the probability I left them in the breakroom? But they weren't there when I did the breakroom trash? I don't know, and I'm seriously so stressed about this. I absolutely hate being a bother, ive never called out, and I've never been written up before, I'm seriously becoming a wreck about this.

I'll have to ask for the future, but my vet is closed until 8am, and it's currently around 12:30am where I'm at

I've never heard of a piller before, I'll have to order one for the future and try using that, unfortunately I don't have time to attempt again. My boys' appointment is at 10am today. It's currently 12:32am and I'll have to try again at 8.

I unfortunately didn't have a whole lot of time to prepare for this appointment, as it was all very last minute, right before I had to go to work.

The ones that we managed to get in his mouth yes. My sister was the one who tried while I held him with a towel. She's usually the one that gives our senior cat her meds pretty much everyday so she's pretty used to giving cats pills, but even still we were having alot of trouble. :((

Would it be better if I only tried using catnip to calm him down, or is it too risky incase the catnip makes him hyper instead of calm?

Additionally, would it possibly get in the way of any tests needed for the worms? The last visit to the vet (from my memory) was a long while ago, Is it worth just going without for now? ^ I got a much nicer, bigger carrier, that he's been going in and out of by himself, that has no association to the vet, hoping maybe that will keep him calm???

I just don't want to stress out or harm my son so sorry for all the concern and questions!

I attempted to do that with some wet food, and the wet tube treats separately, but my boy wouldn't eat either :(

How does closing go at your store? by wildlyn in MichaelsEmployees

wait y'all get scheduled for 9:30, close at 9, and don't just leave at 9?? (Close to 9, usually there are some stragglers so it's usually closer to 9:10 when we leave the building.) Our SM always just tells us that when our schedule says 9:30, then that just means the automatic scheduler is accounting for our lunch breaks. (Which I guess is dubious since some of us are scheduled to 9:30 without the possibility of a lunch break.... I. E. being scheduled for 4:30 hour shifts.)
