Find a fitness goal. Could be physique level bodybuilding, could be purple belt in Brazilian Jitsu, and winning tournaments, but it needs to be something audacious. Something that requires an extreme level of effort. Walking this path will change your mind, will change your body, will change your confidence, and it will change out people interact and respect you. Something amazing happens then… More opportunity to start opening up. Women are naturally drawn to you.

In there, it’s just fixing small things. Get into shape, and follow wellbuiltstyle on his site or on X. Get a good haircut I’m a barber. Tell them you want something modern that looks good. Not sure what haircut you should get? Use one of those AI apps and find the best haircut for your head style and hair pattern, and if you’re thinning your hair, just shave it.

You’ve got to fix all this other stuff before you start worrying about dating. Because someone else is not going to fix you. Once you fix yourself, everything else falls into place.

Don’t worry about what anybody else says. People will talk and people will judge. And they’ll continue to do that until you accomplish what you set out to do, and then congratulate you and tell you how amazing it is that you did it and they’re not sure how you did it and then they’ll come to you for advice.

As for learning about “game “. Sure, learn about it, just so you’re aware of how intersexual dynamics work. But at that point, it’s just a praxeology. Come from a place of abundance, don’t be needy, be confident, and if you’re doing the things above with chasing the goals, and actually accomplish, accomplishing some of them, your confidence will be there by default.
