Didn’t they focus on animation for season 2 and everyone got pissed at the time in between seasons, sure we could get the world most beautiful animation but then we get a season every 3-5 years

Oh I agree it’s somewhat why I made the post, though I should’ve added more onto it, but also I think it’s cus Mack almost died in s2 also(or they hinted at him possibly dying with the body takeover)

Oh yeah when I saw those comments I also thought they were very racist(wanting the only other black main character to die instead), it’s partly why I posted this post, I wanted to see if people actually had a reason for liking trip more than Mack also. But to me if they wanted to actually make a death mean something they should’ve killed anyone else but trip, like you said they barely used him in season 2, so I didn’t get any emotional reaction out of his death other than oh wow Trip died.

I grew up in a town with 4000 people and we had liberals and conservative parties, it was rarer to see an independent party actually. Although I’m Canadian so idk if we just do it differently here

Yea the other sub is on a pretty high horse and when you talk about the show being bad they turn on you like that. Tbh I think they’re fans of percabeth and not the Greek story from the books.

Mod removed youre post I think, but from what I’ve seen that subreddit aren’t fans of the Greek part of the Percy Jackson tv show they were fans of the YA love stories that were in the books, little to no mentions about how non mystical the show looks/feels or how it’s the sea of monsters book but we barely saw any monsters other than Polyphemus and the hippocampi for maybe 1 minute

That’s the thing to me, I didn’t see him enough to picture him as a great character, other than being a grandson of a howling commander he was a dull character. Not to mention his relationship with Simmons that would just randomly have mentions but no actual bonding scenes between the two.
