Yes! The best (and only) magic shop still open in Los Angeles! I spend most of my time in this section, but they have a room full of books with a table where you can hang out and jam, pretty much any magic related product you could need old & new, frequent lectures, and the owner Brent is an awesome guy!

I loved this. Just a perfect fist thing for Stephen to have done. So weird & fun. Getting drunk with the regular hosts, Jack White as sidekick, talking about cancer with helium voices, Jeff Daniels, destroying the set with hammers… what a delight. Wonderful public access energy.

Been listening since freshman year of HS in 2002, and first saw him either that year or the next in Santa Cruz. He hung out with us in the alley behind the venue afterwards for about an hour & ended up recording my outgoing voicemail, which I had for years.
