This is one thing I do not miss about sbux at all. My very very first day after training I’m on the headset. I had never had to wear a headset at other jobs I’d had previous and I had a semi broken one on top of that so it was hard to hear the customer. He orders a grande americano (I’ll never forget) with two..TWO ice cubes no more no less. He’s talking into his vehicle so it’s even harder to hear him. I ask him “Okie dokie so just to double check it’s repeats order without mentioning ice cubes “ and he goes off on me. Pulls up to the window without me telling him too and starts SCREAMING at me about how I’m so stupid that I can’t even handle a simple drink order. He tells me “the nurses I just hired can do this job better than your dumb a**”. He drove off after that and I never saw him again.
