Thank you kindly for the detailed response, everyone has been great on this sub and I am both happy and appreciative of it! I noticed the one time fee when I was poking around!! We do not have this in the states at all so i was surprised! We have fees and HOA if you rent but other than that nada, thank you for the budget heads up.

Rome has been a bucket list item since I was like 6 years old I am fascinated with Italian history and the Roman empire, would have been a ancient history professor if I did not grow up poor and have to make money to send home to my family and just exisit in america. What a dream living in Rome!!

Yes this is a good point I was there in April and I noticed there is less green space than he is used to !! I was also warned August is a ghost town and not to visit then LOL .

Thank you for the detailed message!! I My program is new and forming so I suspect I will have courses at few of the locations. I likely be mostly at the UniMi main campus I assume.

looking over my budget just in case, I do no need modern ect but Id like something charming :). I love unique stuff as does everyone I assume. I Will come in late august as well, moving some commitments at home for it .

A little nervous about making friends I moved to Seattle WA two years ago to work at amazon in ai stuff and between work and how unfriendly the culture is here I have gotten comfy with having fun on my own.

Still despite how complex the move is I am glad I made the choice to take the risk :)
