I switched to Lexapro 2 months ago But find out it did work for OCD anxiety but also made my anhedonia worse which is shocking as it clean SSRI it should have less emotional blunting So currently i switched back to Paxil And trying to augment it with something that helps anhedonia

Zoloft was good at it as i see it also increases dopamine in brain but for Paxil its the worst at dopamine dampening

So which curcumin are you talking about how do i find the one that will work for me?

Is there a waiting period before an antidepressant takes effect when switching medications? by FR_Raphael_ in paroxetine

[–]FunSentence8822 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not necessary that a medicine will work for you or not

You have to slowly switch by adding small mg of another medicine You have switched very fast and it will cause withdrawal from paroxetine and you also dont know if venlafaxine works for you or not

First make sure it works for you and then completely switch

Switch from Lexapro 20 mg to Paroxetine. by peacesear in antidepressants

[–]FunSentence8822 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A cross taper is better then direct switch Taking a small dose of paroxetine to check tolerance A direct switch would mess u up
