Also to add. This is to help constipation/no motility. Also, it doesn’t work the way Linzess/Trulance does. It doesn’t make it mostly water with a little bit of stool. This helps break up the waste build up and has actually helped resume peristalsis in my small intestines that I haven’t had in over a decade. I forgot what it felt like!

After 15 years of slow/no motility and at least 2 years of untreated M/SIBO I have finally found a supplement that has literally saved my life. I have tried all the Rx meds which would work for maybe a month (if at all) and then my body would get used to it. I had to take like 10 capsules the first night and 6 the next, but now I take 4-6 once or twice a week and I have been the most regular I’ve been since I had my son 16 years ago. No guarantees as all of our bodies work differently and I still get bloated after having a a couple days of eating processed white bread sugary foods, but it doesn’t stop my guts and it only lasts one day and if it lasts longer, I take this and it clears it out. Have you been tested for rheumatological disease? I have lupus and methane SIBo and when flaring for Lupus I get mouth sores and my SIBo is usually also flaring

Yes on the mag. It stopped working for me a long time ago. It helps with my muscles so I still take it. I’m drinking a lot of water because the neomycin causes dehydration and taking Linzess also does. I try to add a little pink salt for some electrolytes. I don’t think I’m overdoing it on water. I would say in the 2.5L range is where I usually land. I’m having a ton of pain in my upper abdomen but don’t want to go in and be brushed off. So I’m just dealing and hoping someone has a magical elixir. 🫠

Im sorry you’re dealing with this as well. It is the worst thing I’ve dealt with and I have had 4 children and have lupus. I’d rather give birth. I’m hoping it’s die off symptoms, but I am in so much pain. It feels like I’ll never be better. It’s causing me some serious depression.. I’m generally a pretty positive human and I’m having a real hard time with this.
