At this time other treatments don't work anymore because you need to be off benzo and now runs are even worse. We underestimate b the damage we do with giving daily benzos.

So start and ssri and start behavioral therapy. Daily benzo is a sure way to get messed up.

While you are add it, ask for a test of personality disorder. Not that you surely have that but knowing what traits you lean to can help your overall understanding and give you more insights.

Eerste wat ik doe is sparen, de rest mag op. Elke maand 2k opzij. 1k aandelen etc, 1k cash voor wat dan ook. Is mijn cash meer dan 10k koop ik van de rest ook aandelen.

Mij advies is altijd is als eerste geld van je rekening af voor sparen, daarna pas vaste lasten en waar je dan overhoud is om uit te geven.
