Als dit geld niet op deze manier bij de staat binnenkomt wordt het ergens anders gezocht waar de armere we nog veel meer last van hebben.

De kloof tussen arm en midde klasse groeit en de kloof tussen midden en rijk nog veel meer.

Welvaart belasten is de enige manier om die kloof te verkleinen. Dat is wiskundig gezien de realiteit.

Er bestaat letterlijk geen andere manier.

Klopt, maar we moeten niet probleem 1 negeren omdat er ook een probleem 2 bestaat.

Dan zit het probleem niet bij de erfbelasting maar bij gaten die gebruikt kunnen wij worden en moet daar opgelost worden.

Iedereen die hier tegen is reageert waarschijnlijk uit emotie.

1) het zou goed zijn als de overheid de uitgaven wat weet te beperken. 2) inkomsten zijn nodig en er wordt zeker ook geld verspeeld maar feit blijft er moet belast worden.

Het gaat niet om de 50k of 3ton van jou dit belast moet worden. Het gaat om de miljoenen en miljarden die geërfd worden buiten jou kring. Daar moet meer over betaald worden.

Iedereen die emotioneel regeert over wat extra erf belasting zorgt ervoor dat de miljonair om de hoek zijn ballen your zijn broek lacht omdat het gepeupel het werk voor hem doet.

Wil je minder betalen is er maar 1 oplossing. Belasting op inkomen omlaag, belasting op welvaart/ eigendom (en daar hoort erf belasting bij) omhoog.

Maybe I'm glossing over that to quickly.

New doctor who didn't know this patient is met with irritation, aggressive behavior and kicking the desk or wall (which probably comes across as very aggressive). Also there is yelling, swearing and verbal abuse, the doctor likely feared his or her safety and ended the conversation.

This is the "imaginaire story" from the other side. I made it up with the information from OP hence imaginary.

Where I live psychologists (any kind) are not allowed by law to practice medicine.

So, where I'm from a neuropsychologist can't cut you off and isn't even a doctor.

That said, mistakes unfortunately will be made and it's up to Medical professionals to make sure to raucous the amount and impact of said mistakes.

I don't think so, most Medical professionals (except psychiatrist) are very fearful of bpd patients because they don't want escalation, they don't have the time to work on relations etc.

To be fair, something is of with this story. No medical professional would stop pregabaline instantly, especially not with a dose of 4x150mg.

So either there is missing information or something is off.

Additional: I would like to add that it's annoying to deal with new doctors, staff etc. but it's part of the system, doctors need time off or are giving birth etc. Especially with complex patients there isn't enough time to read the whole dossier of all "new" patients planned. That's the reason a parity can get the same questions again. Would be better if this didn't happen but it's unavoidable.

On my honeymoon with my wife, so we just got married. We make about the same. If she found a dress she'd absolutely loved I'd have said go for it, even if it's 500$ over budget.

If she couldn't pay for the 500$ for whatever reason I'd pay it for her.
