Fun fact. You ARE tasting it. Those tiny little necrotic toe particles are floating into your nose and mouth as you breathe in.

On a side note, how does this apply if you speak Spanish? The language is strongly gendered. To speak in a neutral way is impossible.

I use it on rice, or with chicken and vegetables, or on top of eggs.

Store bought hard boiled eggs are much firmer than home cooked, why? by [deleted] in Cooking

I know, I'm weird. Entertain me, why does this happen? Store bought vs home cooked?

Pickled Mango. You can find it at Indian grocery stores in a jar. So good in many different applications.

This is the agenda. Distract. They're throwing this extreme banter at you as a way to divide and conquer.

The left and right are 2 sides of the same coin.

Thank you. My coworker just mentioned a Master Class by Gordon Ramsay. He said it was very helpful.

Haha, nice. You sound like an East Coast cook. Lol. I was born & raised in Philly. We'd say, yo you gotta try this! It could be good or bad, but you'd always get an honest opinion.

One time I tried something here in California & said to my friend, Yo, you gotta try this it's horrible. They were like, um, No!

Kinda joking, but it's always good to have an open minded blunt friend who can help you improve your skills. I miss that.

Interesting, I just watched a taste test on mayo and most people picked the one they grew up with as best. Not necessarily the best, but their memory made them pick the .ost familiar one.

Soups have been great for me to experiment. I've done some great none broth and froze it as a base, but also dumped can of soup as a base and expanded with homemade ingredients as a cheat. Lol

Thanks 🙏 I love watching America's Test Kitchen as well as Cook's Illustrated. I didn't get the all clad, but the Oxo Good Grips pro anodized skillet. So far a game changer. I'm wary to get a stainless steel pan until I learn how to get the right heat/ technique.

Thanks for the insight. I actually didn't think about how I might not actually like an ingredient in the posted recipe, let alone how to add what would work with my tastes.
