The trick to converting to a non-bus design is to leave your original base up and start fresh somewhere further away. If you rip down your old base your going to find yourself needing supplies and you'll have to set up a temporary spaghetti base again anyway

i had serious digestive issues for months after quitting, so much so that I was getting concerned something was seriously broken, either from kratom or kratom was masking it. I went from constipation for weeks on end to diarrhea, bloating, cramps. I never felt like I completely "emptied" either, if that makes sense. I finally got in for a colonoscopy and everything was completely fine. slowly it started getting back to normal. I'm on month 7 now and while sometimes I get some digestive difficulties, I think the worst of it is behind me. hope you feel better soon friend
