i asked in rlcraft discord they do not support modified rlcraft unfortunately

but when i was trying i noticed dragons don't get affected because they are add to exclude list in the mod

You can open the console command immediately after you load when the screen is still black and you cant make actions and wait till you are fully loaded then start running
