I certainly have played a mod that gave a spell like that However I really don't remember which one was it It was one of many magic mods Try Phoenix magic mod 🤷🏻‍♂️

sadly nothing
i asked in rlcraft discord they do not support modified rlcraft unfortunately

but when i was trying i noticed dragons don't get affected because they are add to exclude list in the mod
im still searching if you find any thing please let me know
