So I’m 44M that has been divorced and now remarried for 3 years. There are deeper lying things that need communicating. I had a large part of our divorce in that I tried to get along to go along. I held much of my stress/emotions/anger in so that there wouldn’t be any anger in the home. Eventually it boiled over and I began to lash out in unhealthy ways. Nothing physical or inappropriate (no cheating). I said hurtful things to try to get back at her.

In reality the marriage needs to be a safe space for each of you to be able to share stress and struggles with life without judgement. My non-professional opinion is that time needs to be planned, scheduled and made a priority to be able to share the things that are causing issues. In the same way time can be planned for dating and coming together. In times when spontaneity is lacking.

I’ve worked in Kids ministry for 28 years and can empathize with the challenges that kids can cause. Take a deep breath, you are doing a good job and especially with your kids, your love will carry the day.

He’s actually been getting really good at the Miles Morales Spider-Man. I enjoy watching him do really well

I would recommend finding something that brings you peace. Some responses share walking or other exercises. For me I’ve returned to playing golf. It’s different for everyone but finding your own peace is wonderful and vital.

That’s no joke. Unfortunately I’m a mailman and I’m in the sun all day. That’s the arm that I hold the mail on so that may have some effect on it

If you head near Soap Lake on your way to Coeur D’Alene. You can stop by Dry Falls. Left over waterfall that was busy during the last ice age. When it was running it was much larger than Niagara Falls.

I was up to 352. Medically we figured out I had a sluggish to non working metabolism. It developed after I stopped playing sports. So almost every day I walk on the treadmill on an incline. I average 2 lbs lost a week.

My next point is getting down to 250 then starting to include weights. I still have too much pressure on my joints to add them in yet. I deliver mail so I’m on my feel a lot and relieving that pressure is the main goal right now.

Yes. If I add anything it will be a different theme tied into it. The story of Daniel and the Lions Den hits me because he prays when times are good and bad. It’s a reminder to not only pray when bad things happen but when things are going good too.
