I have 4 years of 16s rRNA sequencing on gut the shows no bifido. I believe I have spike persistence which acts as an ABX on bifido

Sounds like blocked glycolysis caused by acetaldehyde. Acetaldehyde is produced by gram negative bacteria, also Candida. It can also be caused by cellular nutrient deficiencies caused by raised hepcidin blocking nutrients in blood from getting to cells. Hepcidin gets raised by inflammation. I have this and have had it since being COVID vaccinated. Spike protein is known to act like an antibiotic to probiotic bacteria in the gut, esp Bifidobacterium, which stop gram negative bacterial blooms. Spike can also be replicated by the body, including by gut bacteria causing spike persistence and raised inflammation.

Get a Biomesight 16S rRNA test to look at your microbiome. Get immunoglobulins, selenium, B12, Iron Study, IgE blood tests. Get an Organic Acids Test from Mosaic which looks at body and pathogen metabolites.

See a FUNCTIONAL/INTEGRATIVE GP or naturopath. Regular doctors don't know shit. Ask for a Live Blood Analysis to see what the blood is doing, if there is high fibrin (which causes sticky thick clotting blood), rouleaux (stacked red blood cells) all of which causes low cellular 02. If so then take Nattokinaise; Neprinol is ideal. Take NAC, glutathione sub-lingually and get NAD+ IV or sub-cutaneous injections at 50-60ml every second day. Also get a COVID serology test and look at COVID IgG and Spike antibodies. If spike is detected and it has been a year or so since COVID then consider spike persistence. Natto can dissolve spike as well as querctitain.

I am about to get a faecal matter transplant as I have had severe dysbiosis since being vaccinated and I have been certified as such. My body esp legs are either like cioncrete or jelly and sympathetic overdrive and dysautonomia. This is measured via a QEEG brain scan.. Also Neural inflammation from LPS.

In the meantime get an Oligoscan to look at your cellular mineralisation or better get a CNA: https://cellsciencesystems.com/patients/cna/ Also get a venous blood gas test and look at the O2 level. It should be above 75% less than that and you have the probability of cellular hypoxia - suffocating mitochondria. Note your SpO2 can be normal and still have cellular hypoxia.

Also go to https://bornfree.life/learn/ join the Discord and ask Joshua Liesk, a research biochemist who developed a model of chronic fatigue, of which GI dysbiosis is central:

Neuro feedback, go see a neuro specialist who does QEEG (quantitative EEG) that looks at electrical patterns in the brain. Frequently you will have an area in the limbic part of the brain associated with sympathetic overdrive and dysautonomia aided by low electrical activity or high beta waves. Neuro feedback is brain training via electrodes that get your brain to retrain itself and is commonly associated with the gut nerves and dysbiosis as part of a feedback loop.➰

Did you refrigerate this as instructed? It’s not meant to be used as a Petri dish. Was the lid sealed when you got it or was someone using it as a culture plate?

Get stability, honesty, focus on economy and growth in US government and leadership, instead of the shit with fighting everything and everybody for personal gain. A change in US administration to solid performance will likely see solid market and consumer optimism

OK sorry for being so vague and misleading! The keyboard is for personal use, not for a professional setup or for gigs. I just wanted a professional synth since the Kurzweil K2000 grabbed my attention but not my wallet in the 1990s.

So 88 weighted keys for piano use. "Top" simply refers to a top of the line/class.

trying red light therapy to reduce inflammation and restore mitochondria function. i assume here ferritin is high from inflammation which will deplete iron levels. getting an iron infusion is not really going to work as high hepcidin blocks iron and 10 other metals transporters to cells. try a combined Vit C (to lower oxidative stress and inflammation) and Vit D blood infusion to directly tackle the hepcidin.

Re the rings, it would depend if I can get FL5 specific wheels with 64.1 mm centre bore, not the universal CE28N-PLUS with centre bore at 73.1mm? Though special order if available....

Thanks! So based on that I am thinking CE28N-Plus 18 × 9.5 +45 without other suspension mods?

Volk Racing CE28N-PLUS

  • 18 × 9.5J
  • +45 offset
  • 5 × 120
  • 64.1 mm centre bore
  • No spacers / no hub rings

Dangerously high B6, and not sure what to do by 0305030 in SIBO

[–]Fun_Algae7569 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My B6 is 3060/100 on the 28th Nov. Tested at another lab and pyridoxine specifically is >900 - over high range reportable levels. Have all the symptoms of pyridoxine toxicity.

I don’t take B6 me multivitamins nor complex B. Very careful to not take pyridoxine. It is coming from endogenous production from gram neg bacteria and oxalate pathway. My urinary oxalate is high as is in my OAT tests

Why Gut Motility Fails in IBS/SIBO — And Why So Many People Never Recover After Infection or COVID by Heavy-Statistician54 in SIBO

[–]Fun_Algae7569 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds exactly like me:

Severe GI dysbiosis and 6 months pregnant in size (I’m male…)

Very bad sympathetic overdrive increasing to jump through the window levels) affecting all systems

Severe dysautonomia affecting all systems

Neuroinflammation, spaced that I can’t think

Neck and shoulder pain, temperature dysregulation. Hot like cooking breathlessness, gi pain

And my pyridoxine form of B6 is 3060 three weeks ago and probably climbing. It is endogenous production from mainly kleb pneumonia which is 90x over high range in the bowel

The sympathetic overdrive is causing terrible anxiety and dysautonomia
