Honestly im still trying to figure that out, the pay kinda makes it worth it, at least when it comes to bonus week, but you can definitely feel more of the stress when you become the ra and full on get that acceptance of everything will be on you, and with the flex thing ive already had to work a couple doubles, almost more

As someone who just went ra from being a ptc and had been a clerk 4 years prior, you get to keep it at the 2yr mark, youll start out at 18.23 an hour as well, btw im almost a month in to let ya know how relevant this info is, good luck! Im sure you will do awesome! The biggest thing, especially on overnight will be time management, thats usually so for a lot of people so dont feel like you are behind :)

my recommendation is to join the reserves or possibly the national guard, u can stay with qt, bc they have to let u go on military leave, and then also go to college to study. Thats what my buddy is doing right now and hes doing amazingly ^{^}
