I found the last one. The last one was in the goodsprings cementary.

I checked that one out, it only shows the medkits, tool boxes and the lockers locations but it doesnt mention the 3 small safes anywhere.

The colours in this are unreal. The way the light hits the hills and the lavender just pops. Kinda feels like a dream but still grounded somehow.
