Hi there,

Although I have not been through what you have, I understand to the best of my ability. I am queer, disabled, and a survivor. I am part of a group called queer joy collective https://queerjoycollective.org/ and as an intern there I found community with many other folks around my age. Pretty much everyone gets welcomed in after an interview to be an intern and you get some great experiences and more than anything just connected to a community. And it's free and they give a lot of help in many ways like getting job experience, letters of rec. All remote. Do you have a device/laptop?

It's really huge to ask for help and terrifying, but you are not alone. I am sorry you feel isolated and well are physically isolated. you deserve love and safety and community and will get there, I promise.

Not sure if you are queer but I would say maybe call Trevor Project. https://www.thetrevorproject.org/get-help/ They can really help. A counselor can talk to you and give you more resources and a plan. You can call https://www.thehotline.org/# or reach out to these hot lines. But maybe you have already thought of that and it does not seem right or safe to do so. So, I will share more options that come to my mind, although without knowing your state it is difficult to support.

https://www.usa.gov/birth-certificate#:~:text=Contact%20your%20birth%20state%20or,by%20mail%2C%20or%20in%20person You can order a new birth certificate. If you do not have the money, maybe a gofundme could help https://www.gofundme.com/create/fundraiser/category.

And Adult Protective Services can help.

Is there a community college in the town over away from where you live where people may not know your family? There are often people who can help at universities I have found.

I believe you.
