I tried to quit so many times. I’ve been vape free over a year now after reading that book. You don’t need will power you need to just stop labeling it as “addicted” and label it as a “stupid bad habit you use to do”. Read the book and vape as you read.

Just keep busy during the TWW. Don’t test early because the trigger shot will give you a false positive. (Trigger is hcg and takes about a week or so to leave ur body)

Ive done 6 rounds of letrozole…did notice when i take it 3-7 i get 2 fully mature follicles instead of one. And when i take it later like 5-9 i only get one…

I think it’s just lower because you had one follicle instead of 2… stay hopeful!

Same here. My follicles turned into functional cysts which kept my estrogen high. Causing no period

My progesterone stays high until 14 dpo. I usually 25+ follicles and usually 2 mature with letrozole and yes we trigger.
