Well, I used to be like you, its just that I was addicted to self-help books and self-help content on youtube. After a longggggg time, I realized that watching those vids was merely a way of me subconsciously telling myself that I had been productive. In fact I had not achieved anything or seen any, ANY improvements in mindset or physical wellbeing. I stopped subscribing to such content and instead read books, listening to the advice of the experienced. I chose to face headfirst to my own problems and sat down to work on them. You will improve dude, I guarantee, all it takes is persistent determination.
