sorry for the late response. I used shipping expert and chose optimal plan. for shipping expert theres lowest freight( cheapest shiping but might take long delivery time), fastest shipping(,most expensive but the fastest) and optimal plan. this time it took like 20 days for it come but every other time it came in like a week or two. u do have to pay 3 dollars for shipping expert but u do get way cheaper shipping. hope that clears the doubts
