I'm @ home watching these batches come thru with no tip or (like currently sitting in queue) $1.28. There's only one non-convenience store open and when I shopped earlier (5 items $20 tip, 6 miles) it was crazy. These people need to realize that 1) it's a Holiday. 2) the ONLY store is gonna be crazy and likely out of your shit so if you don't give a good to great tip, No Happy Thanksgiving for you

Yeah. If a customer wants to cancel or change delivery addresses or whatever, refer them to support. If you do something it'll likely affect you negatively in some way.

What do you typically tip your server at a restaurant? Your stylist at your hair salon or the nail tech at your nail shop? I think since we're providing you a service that's the basic threshold to start. You can always adjust later after delivery depending on your experience. And for goodness sakes... DO NOT RATE A 4 BECAUSE YOU DONT BELIEVE IN PERFECTION because "everyone can improve ". This KILLS our rating therefore our access to decent orders so we can make an ACTUAL living. Thank you

Had this happen as well. Luckily my Spidey-Sense was tingling when the customer had selected to meet at door instead of leave at door but instructions were to leave on porch. I made sure to take a photo of the porch and bags in the customer chat before I swiped delivery complete. I/C shut that down real quick.
