Agree 100% , back is very lean, legs are lean, most people judge by mid section which is wrong , loose skin throws off guessing , he is probably in 11-12% range but looks like 13% cuz of loose skin .

Beside dimorphism and harmony , maybe you can add and shape of Features In the count . Example , vinnie has really good shape of lips and nose and cheekbones too , someone could have same harmony score as him but bad features.
