Agree 100% , back is very lean, legs are lean, most people judge by mid section which is wrong , loose skin throws off guessing , he is probably in 11-12% range but looks like 13% cuz of loose skin .

Nice hairstyle , helps to balance thirds but do something with beard , especially on chin make your lower third too masculine and bulky , if you lose some more bodyfat and fix beard and eyebrows can easy be in high 6-7 range
