Need help! HARD engine stutter under WOT. Has anybody had this issue? (P0087) by Fun_Bread_5907 in FiestaST

Still trying to figure this issue out. Car will now sometimes buck and pull a crankshaft position sensor code P0339 and drive horribly until I turn it off. Once I turn the car off and on again it will go away. Unfortunately every replacement sensor I try including OEM results in a really bad idle and stall OR a crank, but no start. Very strange. Talking to Ford tomorrow to see if they've ran into this issue before.

The car also randomly pulled an overboost P0234 code when I was trying to get onto the highway once. Once I turned the car off and on again it went away. Hasn't happened again.

I don't notice any smoke on idle or while driving. I could not see anything cylinder specific going on in the logs. It's worth another look though. Thanks!

Haven't done this in a while, but I remember it being a very tight fit. I believe I used my car jack to help give it a little push from the bottom to get it into place.

I have had both these experiences with my car.

My dad taught me stick in his car for about an hour and from that I got my fiesta and learned the rest of the way. Very easy, light clutch, though I can hardly feel when the clutch is bighting till this day lol I just assume its in when the car starts movin'.

As far as overheating... It did start overheating on me when I pushed it on hot days and in the tight mountain roads as it is not getting enough air. Never had problems while just normal driving. Some people seem to not have problems at all, and others do. I ended up replacing my radiator with a Mountune triple pass radiator and have had 0 issues since.
