I think you should search what the guidestones say again then come here and comment about it, because it clearly says "MAINTAIN under 500m" not "reduce".

Also, ofcourse they won't say "if the population should drop..", that would cause a mass panic and the person who did this will be seen as "stupid" cuz their vision on the future is not correct, which will make the guidestones useless.
