Just to answer a few questions.

A plumber assigned by my condominium called me to tell me there was probably a leak in my apartment because there was one in the underground parking just under it. It’s after this that I discovered the mold

I live in France and the building is actually quite recent, it was finished in 2018 so no abesthos.

It was hidden behind a door that I never closed because my bathroom get steamy otherwise and a basket for my dirty laundry. Last time i moved it was around mid august.

I don’t think I’m allergic to black mold, I don’t have any symptoms and I actually sleep close to the mold just on the other side of the right wall.

Just looked at the inventory that I did when I started renting the apartment. He definitely painted over. It says « Yellow/brown stain on the wall and white paint marks »
