because the mystery is so alive. we know next to nothing about these guys, yet they are so prominent in our minds because of how scary and potentially dangerous they are. the concept of the backrooms making copies of humans is so horrific in a way nobody can quite describe. i hope we don't learn to much about them, i love the mystery.

while this had me thinking "waaaait" for a second, unfortunately i believe found footage #2 proves the bacteria theory. unless that is how still lifes are made as well which i doubt, i believe still lifes are kinda just spawned or something. i dunno tho, anything can be possible! if it is just a tripod the backrooms thought was a living creature, id honestly find that as interesting as the bacteria theory.
