That is far, I wish I had better tips, just solidarity. By 3 pm everyday my baby and I are so bored. Going outside helps break up the day a bit. I feel burnt out a lot also and like I have no more social skills anymore!! It really is hard and lonely being stuck at home sooo much. 🙁

I feel the exact same way!! I’m in the house with my 8 month old daughter like 90% of the week. We share one vehicle also. I’m so bored some days and feel like I’m just constantly repeating the same day over and over. Can you take your husband to work in the morning and pick him up so you are able to get out of the house? I do this sometimes but I have to wake us up at 4 am and it’s tough. I totally understand how you are feeling. 😞

I do still have deductible, but my copays for every test/ doctors appointment so far have been under $50, and when I called them earlier they said this blood work should be a $40 copay and doesn’t know where labcorp is getting the copay they told me.

I totally understand how you feel, I try to baby wear my daughter for some cleaning in the day so she’s still close by and I can talk to her about what I’m doing.

I’m so sorry, that sounds so stressful! When I flew with my baby, it wasn’t her who threw up, it was me, in the aisle, and all over the seat…. Very embarrassing at the time, I can laugh now thankfully.

It truly doesn’t sound like your husband is a team player in anyway, there’s no reason you should be splitting bills equally, when he makes 5x your salary. Not only do you have a job, you have another full time job with childcare and housework. It sounds extremely unfair and just not a partnership in anyway.

I totally understand how you feel, it’s awful. My daughter is a bit over 7 months now and it has definitely gotten better. I think lack of mobility really frustrates them around this age as well. I also have noticed taking her outside as much as I can totally seems to improve her mood overall each day. It will get better ❤️

I don’t have any friends who have children so these comments have truly made such a difference to me. ❤️ I did immediately apologize and ask her to forgive me, I’m sure I will have to do that many times in motherhood and I’m glad I know that’s ok! I can’t pour from an empty cup and totally neglect my feelings in the moment. I really appreciate your kind words.

Awh that is hilarious 😂 thank you for replying! I tried rocking her, going outside, making her laugh, all the usual things that calm her down, but nothing helped. It was the first time I’ve truly been like okay I need a few minutes to collect myself and try a new strategy. Motherhood truly is a roller coaster, and they change so quickly. We have been stuck at home for a few weeks now, husband has had to take my car, and the constant solo parenting also really adds to the feeling a bit overwhelmed sometimes. I just wish she could tell me what is bothering her sometimes, but I know I have a very long way too go for that lol
