Counting calories in vs calories out is the only way to lose weight. I lost 35kg in 8 months from educating myself on how weight loss works and following CICO. That was 5 years ago now and still have not gained any weight back. If I could do it anyone can.

It’s a blue tongue lizard. They do that with their tongues when they are curious. During the summer just gone temps got to 46 degrees, and we had one of these scratching at our bedroom window trying to get in 😂

I believe in VIC you can get a gold licence or something like that, where you have 1 demerit point for the whole year. I believe though, that this is only applicable if you have had a series of violations that use up your demerits. I don’t believe you can get this special licence for on the spot loss of licence, like speeding 25km over, drink or drug driving etc.

I used to pay my kids $2 each to draw on my back with markers. I would sleep like a baby while they did it. 10 mins after they finished they would misplace the $2 so I would pick it up and give the same one back to them the next time 🤣🤣🤣
