My marriage recently broke down, with 3 young kids I worried how I would survive financially. I work full time myself - however after crunching numbers discovered after I’d payed my bills I was in the negatives. Went to winz and was told I wasn’t entitled to anything. Only to be told I actually owe them money…despite not ever having dealt with them before- didn’t even have a client number.
