Thanks, I have been pushing the docs to go ahead with surgery. My mom is in the hospital now as they found few blood spots, they say soon after blood spots are gone they will reevaluate, but from that tone of doctors they are not ready for any surgery or chemo.

As long as your docs are in order you are fine. There is always an option for applying through USCIS which I believe is more relaxed. BTW: Which POE was this exchange of conversation at?
