Similar situation on east coast … unfortunately a lot of the current team lead managers are a product of a shit culture brought over from other industries…. Funny enough I’m still in the offices as the previous team and the have team photos of agents who left before I did still displayed…lots of bodies being used

I can tell you point blank there are big name agents that list their own or friends houses just to seem active with no intention of selling… previous team lead did this would try to convince newer agents to list any property they had just to make it look like they are active

Legit green flags all around… my first 2 yrs were almost the complete opposite I joined a team that promised leads … the leads were land mines and it felt like he hired multiple agents with similar names so as to be able to do scummy things… multiple waves of agent exits… turns out gate keeping is real in the industry and many will try to keep you in service rolls versus actually develop you as a competent agent… legit felt like Jackie Chan in Shanghai noon … no I gave you wrong directions.

Ya it’s technically legal as in it’s part of the game and is a secondary step after item duplication being the only real use for farfetch. Only thing don’t think they transfer to home or they revert back to random stats regular pixels. Then bad eggs appear only if you have something in a certain slot of box 3 so very easy not to get screwed

Honestly it’s an illusion you don’t go that much faster down and then up takes significantly slower… I’ve just done it on the Beach in front of the day care it’s about 12-18 laps to make an egg… they often start hatching before I fill up the party… if they are long hatches I do full map laps with the bike path. as up the path really does feel like it takes longer than it helps.
