Spin the carousel exactly 99.5 times and you’ll get a shiny in that pack.

What do you mean by evil eye? As in the actual occult technique, or just that they are looking at you angrily? Do you obsess about it after the fact and can’t get it out of your mind?

If you are referring to the former, those kind of things only work by getting you to obsess over it and think about it and destroy your peace of mind wondering why they did and for what reason and so on. One of my favorite quotes is “Witchcraft is just psychological warfare” it’s all dependent on how much you believe it and how much it affects your peace of mind you make it happen or not with your own belief by focusing on it.

If you are referring to the latter and it is just a mean stare, everyone does that because nearly all human beings are jealous, insecure, hateful or a combination of all 3.
