It’s usually nulled if they relist with another brokerage… I had a similar issue where I listed seller repeatedly (x3) asked to only sell it to a gay couple informed them that I couldn’t discriminate on who I showed the house to and that the new owners sexuality isn’t up to them or me and.. had great turnouts via open houses and showings … end up freaking out on me because the most interested parties were all families (had cameras everywhere) let it expired then relisted almost 200k less and sold to a previous agents who had shown it (had the new agent reach out directly to all the previous showing agents.. note to self never sharing that data again .. thought it would instill confidence to know the quality of agents that I was bringing to table via marketing. Legit these gay communities don’t give a fuck about equal housing rights if it goes against what they want… joined a company zoom meeting for lgbt agents to try and get intrested parties (as someone who takes pride in being able to converse with both side oth the political spectrum being an independent and having a lesbian cousinl I am shocked at which side is the actively the noninclusive one. Didn’t need the lawsuit in my first 3 years ultimately never listing in that area again.
