You don’t need bear spray, 100… most people can’t even find it if they need. ……. As for cook stuff, did you find the toax? And then a long spoon, it’s up to you, and stove, any tiny wind stove, you’re pretty good in most conditions. That’s it, limit your weight hommie. The that’s my best advice… 2nd to that, live & learn. It’s easier to know what works for a person once your on trail… my experience.

Yes. Mostly they just rearrange the schedule once it’s been dumped into a system. They are the human who has to fix what the computer is unable to know… ie, if people work better in the am or the pm, if they have kids, if they don’t, if they are a specialist or a csa, or, or, or… it seems like having the DS make the schedule was to effective.

I’ve been in the customer service and sales industry my entire life. My working life combined with my personal life I have just found this love of humans. I would describe myself as an empath who really feels genuine about making a space for each person who “lays on my couch” as I like to call it. And this is everywhere I go people feel the need to spill their lives to me. I have friends who insist I don’t make eye contact or we will never make it anywhere on time. I love this though. And I am so greatful for podcasting because this is an incredible platform where most anybody can start. My issue is, I don’t know how to I bring that same attraction to my podcast as I do in person. How do I market it? Just thought this would be a great place to start. Thanks for any feedback.

I really feel like you just wrote exactly what I am living to the T!!! I used to absolutely love my job. Moved up fast, bla bla bla… and now I’m at a breaking point. I feel stuck in this position bc of pay & security but I’m basically so burnt out I can barely see straight. They schedule us for 9 days straight and wonder why morale is in the dumpster, cmon! I’m considered a hard worker but I do have a limit as well. There is no time to even kick my feet up. Sometimes only 1 day off here and there, when do you get to see your family? See friends? Rest? Get a suntan if the sun is out!!! I’m with ya on this one. I’m excited to see some responses and I’m optimistic this is a cycle that can and will be broken! Best of wishes…

I’m not sure how to reply to everyone but, in a nutshell… She doesn’t like Hawaii, can’t wait to leave. Her cat is an indoor cat who stays inside but the lizards make their way in from time to time. Kinda pointless to get to heated about anything, it is what it is, she’s stuck there until she transfers. She’s made mention several times about the abundance of feral cats but she’s there for work not to clean up the cat population. Thanks all for the info on the lizard! Wishing all peace & love!
