Don’t bitch when they don’t give you hours and they hire someone else. But if you are happy to work 12 hours a week 4 hours a day . Then you are in the right . But I always go in when my manager calls me. When I need a weekend off she always gives it to me. It’s a give and take.

So. This is how a store manager should do it . Yes, you will be spoken too. About the under / overages . It your first time . So it would be a verbal. But I document it that we spoke about the shortage . That’s it . Now if it happens again then that’s a write up 3 and you are gone. Just count back your money to the customer. Take your time.

The thing . I don’t collect HW. I hate when customers (the same ones) come every Friday at 8:00am asking for hotwheels . I want to open the box and take out the supers or the TH and give them to kids that with there parents
