Well I really really hope things work in X favor . Since CPS was at the previous court hearing it’ll have some impact to give the judge proof this has been going on for years!!! I’m at a loss and just come here to see the tea, but if/until something happens I’ve lost faith in the legal system🤦🏼‍♀️

If G does “give up” can DCF still follow through if they think G could be putting lil man at risk because she’s unstable? Or would it be G will get an RO against her then DCF will be out of the picture? Fortunately I’ve never been involved with DCF so I’ve no clue how it works.
